Born of the desire to empower women.

The company started out as one woman, Melissa Mansfield-Anderson, The Lipstick CEO, setting out to help other women make their mark using their stories. She found so many women that had found triumph against all odds that she needed to expand almost immediately. Melissa created a group of Dragon Slaying, Best Selling authors, using powerful collaboration books that forced more growth.
Now the company is a TEAM of thoughtful, like-minded, world changing warriors helping women (and a few men), make an impact across the globe.

CEO | Melissa Mansfield-Anderson
Melissa has over 20 years in Marketing, Advertising and Sales. She has been an award winning sales professional, trainer and sales manager in media and financial services for two of the largest Fortune 500 companies. Melissa has been writing and creating high level content for the past 9 years and publishing books for the past 3. She has made 32 women BEST SELLING AUTHORS, just in the past year!
Melissa is a 2x International Best Selling Author and National Speaker. She sits on the Board for Safe In Harm's Way, a non-profit organization with a mission to change the world of those who are recovering from domestic violence as well as facilitates an annual, International event for Women's Empowerment.
Melissa is passionate about her kids, coffee, peanut butter, dogs, writing, sleeping, empowering all who suffer inequities and all forms of glitter (except yellow).
CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE | Jack Mansfield
Jack wrote and published his first book at the age of 15 years old. He has been a passionate writer and reader since early elementary school. Jack handles our outreach for our authors to set up signing and sightings. When needed he also steps in and works on our short books. He has a keen eye for spotting style and grammar issues.
Jack is currently in college studying Cyber Security while also continuing to write his own books.

Project Concierge | Julie Jones
Julie is an International Best Selling Author and a decades long lover of the written word. Julie focuses on building relationships with her clients and truly getting to know them so that she can suggest the perfect writing project to help them attain their goals.
Julie is currently putting together her own collaboration book, 30 Days to Profit, to serve women who are stay at home moms, women who are in need of creating an income from home or just want an additional income stream.
PROJECT CONCIERGE | DAVETTE WHEAT
Davette is an International Best Selling Author, Christian Numerologist, and Relationship Coach. She works with individuals who want to take their life to the next level.
Her background is in networking and sales. She has made it her mission to inspire others to live a life of Peace, Purpose, Passion, and Prosperity… and, of course, to release the book that is in their heart!
She is a course creator, speaker, and visionary.
COO - operations & Analytics | marc hollingworth
Marc has over 20 years in Retail Operations in both in-house and corporate roles.
He has held various positions with the number one and two Fortune 10 companies and has reported to C-level during his career; he brings a wealth of experience with him.
Marc enjoys sports autobiographies and real life crime books as well as any written material on Formula 1 and MotorSport in general.
The BADGER | esmeralda anderson
Esméralda is the 4 year old Toddlersaurus rex that inspired us to publish children's books. Her little personality matches the notorious yet adorable badger so well it just made sense for that to be the moniker of our new division.
