Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our products, services and events is very important to us and many of our programs come with a satisfaction guarantee. In cases where a refund is requested our policy is very straightforward.


Full refunds can be requested within 3 days of purchase and must be done through email to melissa@mansfieldanderson.com. Detailed explanation for the request must be included.

Due to the nature of our programs and services giving immediate access to digital products, classes, training or limited seat events, after 3 days, in lieu of refund, payments made can be allocated to a different program or service. 

Monthly membership subscriptions must be cancelled within 10 business days of renewal date and you will have access to your particular program or service until your renewal date. We do not offer partial refunds or prorated pricing.

We know life gets busy however if you purchase a program or service and don't do the work, log in, schedule a call, or ask for assistance your contract will automatically terminate at its one year anniversary and we are no longer responsible for terms of the original contract. We will reach out to you multiple times during this time period but with all coaching, products, programs and services, the responsibility to learn, grow and achieve is yours. If this happens to you, we are happy to discuss other options and possible reinstatement of your program on a case by case basis.
